Freyja Fairy
As I have been a single parent for most of my fairy adult life, I understand the need for activities that do not cost the earth and found it paramount to create something that all families can access. Using the concept of fairytale makes this inclusive of everyone regardless of age, culture, gender or social background. All cultures know fairytales although they can differ globally but all convey a message for the listener. This also bridges the parent/ child interaction gap by helping parents interact with their child and seeing things from a child's perspective. Helping them bond and play with their child, taking time away from distractions such as TV and video games.
I also feel its of the upmost importance that we have time away from the hum dum and sometimes harshness of reality. Take the time out and "come away with the fairies" from time to time. This is very healthy for well being of mental health and can help with stress as well as depression, sensory play is also a great healer for this such as playdough, messy play and arts and crafts. Take time out and create something together is the perfect way to bond, relax and recover.
It was pretty funny when I went to job club and the attendant said "So what job would you like?" I replied "Fairy.... or Elf " ... his face was a picture ;)
I managed to work as a full time freelance fairy after attending the new business enterprise training scheme and they where delighted to be helping a fairy set up business. I had already been fundamental with large community free events and I had a good following with regular slots for performance at smaller festivals so I had already started my journey to help get my name known. Using the business teachings and learning sage accounting as well as countless income tax seminars I set up my business as Freyja Faery.
